Note Penney 1954:65: “Alvaro Ursino de Portonarijs belonged to the famous book family from Lyons. He probably was the son of Simón de Portonarijs whos devise he used in this book Celestina, Salamanca, 1575; manid 5844]. His brothers may have been Pedro, who went to Sevilla, and Domingo at Zaragoza, who became Royal Printer. Alvaro alone seems to have preferred his mother's name [Ursino]."
